Launch the tender and bidders are automatically invited via email and guided how to create a secure login on the tendering platform. Bidding process is normally a process that takes some weeks where questions may arise. Share questions and answers (FAQ) with bidding participants in the platform.
Once bids are received, it is time to run scenarios and make your analysis. Run scenarios to try various bid combinations, to maximise the cost vs service ratio for your businesses. Provide precise feedback and run the bid cycle again. During negotiations the scenarios empowers you to simulate on the fly giving you leverage.
When final adjustments are received and verified in the platform. Allocate volume and award the business to the LSPs. Create your final scenario with the result, share nominated lane allocation with stakeholders. The LSP will see their awards in the platform and it will be the price-list of the agreement.
