PUMA is one of the world’s leading Sports Brands, designing, developing, selling and marketing footwear, apparel and accessories. For 70 years, PUMA has established a history of making fast product designs for the best athletes on the planet. The company distributes its products in more than 120 countries, employs more than 13,000 people worldwide, and is headquartered in Herzogenaurach, Germany.

TenderEasy and PUMA have been working together for several years. The freight procurement solution has played a key role in taking PUMA’s procurement to the next level. In 2019, Xeneta, the Leading Ocean & Air Freight Rate Benchmarking and Market Analytics Platform, integrated with TenderEasy and helped PUMA soar even further and analyse market prices on ocean and air freight rates across trade lanes in real-time.

This enables the Global Logistics Projects department to concentrate on what they do best. “Ultimately this frees up our time and lets us focus on what’s really important,” explains Stockhammer. “Negotiations, analytics and adding real value to the bottom line.”
