The October edition of TenderEasy's survey on the freight market status shows little change from the service providers' perspective, with a slightly more pessimistic outlook than the trends we saw during the past months.
While changes are not exceptionally different, fewer service providers reported less free capacity than in September, while almost 50% said no significant difference compared to normal circumstances.
48% of respondents do not expect changes in the demand for their freight services in the coming months, the most significant change from the past surveys when more service providers expected an increase in the demand.
When evaluating their tenders' inflow, the trend is less positive than in the past months, where most respondents expected major increases in tender inflow. Differently, in October, more respondents expected a decrease in RFQs.
